Life happens and we are very understanding and try to be flexible to cancellations.

Will I have the same pet sitter each time?

Yes. Jess’s Pampered Pets runs an intimate model of business. I personally provide all pet services, therefore my schedule books up fast. I do have back up in the event of sickness or emergency on my end.

How far in advance do I need to book my services?

If you are a new client to Jess’s Pampered Pets please allow two weeks to get the initial paperwork and meet and greet done. If you are a current client, one weeks notice is typically sufficient. Holidays book up months in advance so I urge booking those in as much advance as possible.

Same day bookings and last minute requests are accommodated to the best of my ability based on my availability.

What if my property or pet is damaged or hurt while I am away?

Services are provided with the utmost awareness and attention to safety and detail, reliability and in trustworthy manner. JPP is only liable for claims due to negligence or willful misconduct. Our service agreement discloses this information in detail.

Is tipping for services ok?

Yes! Tipping is always appreciated.

What do you do in the event of an emergency?

In the event your pet is in need of emergency care your vet is promptly contacted and your pet is transported immediately for care to the appropriate facility. We then contact you and your emergency contacts you have provided on your client form.
